Operations Discovery

We embedded with the operations team to understand the full journey of a brand asset - from the moment a client requests it through ordering, warehouse pick-and-pack, delivery, on-site deployment, return logistics, and final invoicing. The existing process involved four different tools and constant manual reconciliation. The goal was one platform that every stakeholder - clients, warehouse teams, and account managers - could work from simultaneously. 

Multi-Stakeholder Experience Design

The platform required three distinct interfaces: a client-facing self-service portal for browsing catalogs and placing orders, an admin dashboard with a hybrid pricing engine and order management, and a mobile-first warehouse app for on-the-ground operations. Each interface was designed for its specific user - clients see simplicity, admins see control, warehouse staff see only what they need to scan and act. 

Build & Warehouse Integration

Developed as a white-label platform from day one  meaning multiple agency clients are served from a single codebase, each with their own branded portal, catalog, and pricing structure. 

The warehouse app was built as a Progressive Web App (PWA) optimised for mobile, featuring QR-driven scan-to-action workflows that let warehouse teams process orders, confirm fulfillments, and flag issues without touching a desktop. The admin dashboard includes a flexible pricing engine supporting fixed, variable, and hybrid billing models — adapting to different client contracts without custom configuration.

The platform handles asset cataloging, inventory tracking, order management, fulfillment workflows, delivery coordination, and automated invoicing - all within a single system designed to scale across multiple clients and regions.
